In deiner Funktion als Produktionsmitarbeiter/Operator im Bereich NPC Internal Manufacturing Mannheim bist du primär für das Bedienen komplexer Produktionseinrichtungen zuständig. Deine Aufgaben: * Du bedienst Bereichsübergreifend Abfüll-, Etikettier,- Fertigungs- und Verpackungsanlagen zur Produktion von diagnostischen Produkten * Das prüfst die zur Produktion eingesetzten Komponenten sowie die Reinigung der Produktionsanlagen und Betriebsmittel unter Berücksichtigung geltender Arbeitsanweisungen * Gemäß geltender Regularien führst du Inprozesskontrollen durch und dokumentierst diese GMP-konform * Durch Deine aktive Mitarbeit erkennst Du auftretende Qualitätsmängel, führst vorgeschriebene Stichprobenprüfungen, Musterziehungen und optische Kontrollen durch und arbeitest aktiv am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess mit. * Du behebst einfache technische Störungen und übernimmst einfache Umrüstungen * Alle Aufgaben führst Du unter Beachtung der Arbeitsanweisungen, Hygienevorschriften, Arbeitsschutz-, GMP- und Umweltschutzregeln durch * Das Arbeiten mit einer FFP3- Maske und einem Gebläse-Atemschutz stellt für Dich kein Problem dar. * Ver- und Entsorgung der Produktionsbetriebe durch Materialanforderung/-transport, die sachgerechte Kennzeichnung sowie die Entsorgung des Materials liegen in deiner Verantwortung. Dabei nutzt Du manuelle und/oder angetriebene Transportmittel. * Die Tätigkeit erfordert ständiges Stehen und das tägliche, regelmäßige Heben und Bewegen von schweren Lasten bis 15 kg (unter Umständen bis 28kg). Das bringst Du mit: * Eine Berufsausbildung hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen und besitzt mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Produktions- oder Verpackungsbetrieb * Mit Deinem technischen Geschick überzeugst Du ebenso wie mit Deinen detaillierten Kenntnissen über die zu bedienenden Produktionsanlagen. * Du verfügst über gute GMP-Kenntnisse sowie über praktische Erfahrung im Arbeiten in Bereichen mit besonderen Hygieneanforderungen (z. B. Produktion in einem Reinraum ISO 8 oder höher). * Du bringst vertiefte Kenntnisse über manuelle Arbeit mit Kleinteilen in der Musterfertigung mit und hast bereits Erfahrung mit Arbeit an Messmikroskop  * In den gängigen Google Suite und MS Office Programmen bist Du sicher. Auch der sichere Umgang mit SAP und MES ist für Dich kein Problem. Du hast ein Grundverständnis für elektronische Abbildungen in prozessgesteuerten Anlagen. * Deine Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Produktionsteams sowie Dein Engagement zeichnet Dich aus. * Du verfügst über Transportkenntnisse mit Flurförderfahrzeugen oder Gabelstapler. * Du arbeitest gerne in wechselnden Arbeitszeiten (3-Schicht), um auf Produktionsänderungen entsprechend flexibel reagieren zu können.
