Ochtendstart met je team: als recruiter bekijk je samen met collega-recruiters de prioriteiten van de dag. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kan altijd terugvallen op andere recruiters en je teamverantwoordelijke.

Kandidaten ontmoeten: als recruiter spreek je mensen die op zoek zijn naar een nieuwe job. Je ontdekt hun talenten, hun dromen én hun noden. Daarna help je hen vooruit: je stelt vacatures voor, geeft tips en zorgt ervoor dat ze goed voorbereid aan hun sollicitatie beginnen.

Vacatures laten leven: als recruiter schrijf je aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten en zorg je dat die de juiste mensen bereiken. Je kent de bedrijven in jouw regio door en door en weet als recruiter wat hen uniek maakt.

Contact met bedrijven: als recruiter stel je kandidaten voor bij bedrijven waar ze écht passen. Dat kunnen bestaande klanten zijn, maar ook nieuwe bedrijven die Accent nog niet kennen. Prospectie schrikt jou als recruiter niet af: je weet bedrijven te overtuigen met sterke kandidaten, je enthousiasme en je professionele aanpak.

Sales en targets: als recruiter krijg je te maken met deadlines, verwachtingen en soms complexe situaties. Tegelijk werk je als recruiter naar duidelijke doelstellingen toe. Dat vraagt doorzettingsvermogen, lef en creativiteit. Net daarin schuilt de magie van een job als recruiter: jij houdt van de uitdaging die sales met zich meebrengt.

Als thuisverpleegkundige benjij elke dag op de baan om de beste zorgen aan onze patiënten te verlenen in hun thuissituatie.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de totaalzorg van je patiënten en stelt alles in het werk om het welzijn en de zelfredzaamheid van je patiënten te verbeteren. Je bent een echte vertrouwenspersoon voor je patiënt en bouwt een persoonlijke band met hen op. Je staat ook in nauw contact met de huisarts en zorgt er voor dat alle attesten en administratieve taken in orde zijn.

Jouw belangrijkste uitdagingen:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijke voor de totaalzorg van de patiënt en voert verschillende verpleegtechnische taken uit zoals medicatie geven, wondverzorging, hygiënische zorgen verlenen, inspuitingen, afkoppelen van chemopomp, sondevoeding, nierdialyse, …
  • Je bent een echte vertrouwenspersoon voor klanten en zijn/haar familie.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinaire samenwerking waarbij iedereen hetzelfde doel heeft: de patiënt zolang mogelijk thuis laten wonen.

Je opleiding en ervaring

    • Je hebt een diploma verpleegkundige. Ook als laatstejaarsstudent kom je in aanmerking en kan je onder voorbehoud van het behalen van je diploma solliciteren.
    • Je bent in het bezit van een visum om als verpleegkundige te werken. Als laatstejaarsstudent moet je deze nog aanvrage op het moment dat je afgestudeerd bent.
    • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
    • Je bent flexibel en werken in weekends en shiften vormt geen probleem voor je.
