Als Leidinggevend Operator ben jij de spilfiguur binnen één van onze productieafdelingen waar gekruide, gepaneerde of voorgebakken kipproducten worden verwerkt en verpakt.

Je zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering van de productieplanning en creëert een veilige, efficiënte én aangename werkomgeving voor je team van operatoren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Dagelijkse productieplanning uitvoeren en opvolgen
• Aansturen en motiveren van een team van ±5 operatoren
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en productieresultaten registreren
• Toezien op hygiëne, orde, netheid en veiligheid (HACCP)
• Bedienen en opvolgen van het machinepark
• Storingen analyseren en melden
• Metingen en controles uitvoeren volgens procedures
