Du vil gjøre de daglige oppgavene i fjøset, melking, fôring, rydding, se om en ku er syk eller brunstig, ta kontakt med veterinær og bistå han, ta vare på kua og kalven når kua kalver og annet som kan dukke opp med dyrene eller maskinene. Annet arbeid er gjerding, traktorkjøring (hvis du har førerkort til det), renhold, reparasjoner og alt annet arbeid som finnes på en gård. Du er interessert i å jobbe i en lengre periode

FARMWORKER/milker wanted for a farm with milk production.

Looking for 1-2 persons who can take care of the cowbarn and do other farm work. The working day in the cowbarn is divided into two parts with morning and evening work on the same day. The work is on weekdays and weekends.

You can work independently, take responsibility and take care of the cowbarn. You will do the daily tasks in the cowbarn, milking, feeding, cleaning, see if a cow is sick or in heat, contact the veterinarian and assist him, take care of the cow when it is giving birth and after and other things that might show up with the animals or machines. Other work is fencing, tractor driving(If you have a driving licence to do it), cleaning, repairs and all other kind of work that exist on a farm. You are interested in working for a loger period

The position is 1-2 75%. More work in periods.

You must have the physique to be able to carry out the work.

We design and develop complete electric propulsion systems and components, such as energy storage, motor drives and charging systems with special focus on technology creation for various Volvo Group products. A key component within the electrified powertrain is the Energy Storage System (ESS). At our section, we are accountable for the lifecycle management of the ESS, from advanced engineering and research to product development, maintenance, second life, and recycling. Main Role and Responsibilities Batteries have complex nonlinear dynamics and need a Battery Management System (BMS) with advanced estimation and control algorithms to ensure their optimal performance and long lifetime. There is still room for optimization to reduce the total cost of ownership. Further, additional intelligence in BMS is needed to enable efficient and cost-effective applications of second-life batteries with guaranteed performance. Challenges to solve are here mainly related to battery classification, robust health prognosis, and optimal management/control. This PhD project will address these challenges by proposing novel estimation/control algorithms, models, and methods. Your major responsibility is to pursue research in line with the project, publish and present scientific articles, support the Volvo Group patent strategy, and take part in discussions for knowledge sharing. The Swedish team will mainly be working with the task to create a comprehensive picture of value agents and value-related practices in migration and integration contexts in European societies and in the external transmission of European values to potential migrants and refugees coming to Europe. Duties/responsibilities The duties consist mainly of an ethnographic fieldwork, including 40 interviews (incl. transcription) with integration providers and other actors in the field on the national and local and regional level in Germany, as well as participation at relevant consortium meetings. The organization of stakeholder meetings, collaboration with the German team, and certain dissemination activities may also be included in the tasks.
