Ved NMBU Veterinærhøgskolen, Institutt for sports- og
familiedyrmedisin, Dyresykehuset – smådyr, har vi to faste 100 %
stillinger ledig som resepsjonist.
 

Du blir en del av et inkluderende resepsjonsteam i et faglig spennende miljø med både klinisk virksomhet, undervisning og forskning. Stillingen innebærer turnus med arbeid på dag, kveld og helg, og gir en variert arbeidshverdag med både kundekontakt og administrative oppgaver.

Det er ønskelig med snarlig oppstart.

Arbeidsoppgaver

•  Yte god kundeservice til pasienter og dyreeiere
•  Håndtere timebestilling via telefon og e-post
•  Bidra til salg og veiledning om fôr og andre produkter
•  Registrere inn- og utskrivning av pasienter
•  Utføre fakturering og håndtere betaling
•  Følge opp og administrere direkteoppgjør med forsikringsselskaper
• Sørge for orden og trivsel i resepsjonen og ved
venteområdene for pasienter og dyreeiere
• Bidra til videreutvikling av resepsjonens tjenester
• Utføre øvrige administrative oppgaver ved behov

Kompetanse

Det kreves:
• Utdanning innen dyre- eller helsefag med klinisk innhold som dyrefagarbeider, husdyrfag, dyrepleier, sykepleier eller liknende innen humanhelse. Relevant dokumentert erfaring fra dyreklinikk eller dyresykehus kan erstatte deler av utdanningskravet.
• Erfaring fra dyreklinikk eller dyresykehus, dyrebutikk eller liknende virksomhet
• Gode fremstillingsevner i norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig
• Gode digitale ferdigheter

Om Veterinærhøgskolen

NMBU Veterinærhøgskolen er landets eneste veterinærfaglige utdanningsinstitusjon. Fakultetet utdanner veterinærer, dyrepleiere og doktorgradskandidater i veterinærvitenskap. Vi driver forskning innen veterinærmedisin og relaterte biomedisinske fagfelt. Vi har 500 studenter og er 430 ansatte.

We work closely together with the construction industry and authorities. Our R&D activities are carried out in both national and international multidisciplinary projects and our main task is to support the Swedish construction industry in innovation, sustainability and safety. We do this by conducting research in many different areas such as in new innovative and sustainable materials and processes and in recycling and reuse of materials which can increase the sustainability and service life of our built environment. RISE CBI also is active in the fields of applied research, consulting in condition assignments and damage control of old structures, concrete testing and investigations as well as in teaching with a total staff number of 75. About the position We are looking for a research engineer who will also be a PhD student for research in occupational health. The position is part of a multidisciplinary project mainly financed by the Swedish Transport Administration. The work will be done in collaboration with the Division of Ergonomics at the Department of Biomedical Engineering and Health Systems KTH, which will have the primary responsibility for the supervision of the doctoral student. The doctoral student is expected to carry out studies in ergonomics related to the work-load stresses that concrete workers are exposed to at their workplaces. In particular, the effects from using self-compacting concrete instead of conventional concrete in casting will be evaluated. The latter must be manually compacted, which exposes the worker to vibrations, more noise and often awkward postures. The aim is to evaluate the work environment using these two alternatives. The choice of methodology for the collection and the evaluation of data using different types of measurement techniques will be an essential part of the work. The work will include experimental design, measurement techniques, sensor electronics, project planning and experimental evaluation. The results will be published in scientific journals and at conferences, besides a Thesis. The student is expected to develop skills in all the above-mentioned subjects as well as in concrete materials technology. The work may also include tasks such as research work in projects related to the PhD or licentiate project as well as participation in proposals for such research projects. The location of the position is in Stockholm at the RISE CBI Stockholm office. But studies will also be conducted at KTH. We have a well-maintained lab for R&D in the area of concrete and other cement-based materials. As part of RISE we have access to a large number of unique analytical and testing instrumentation as well as to the competence of experts from a wide range of different research areas. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO:
- Impartir clase de contabilidad a nivel universitario
REQUISITOS PARA EL DESEMPEÑO DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO:
- Formación requerida: Grado en ADE, Derecho y ADE o Economía
- Se requiere conocimientos de contabilidad a nivel universitario y experiencia docente
- Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia docente
- Estar inscrito/a en una oficina de empleo <
CONDICIONES DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO:
- Contrato Laboral Indefinido
- Jornada Parcial: 18 horas semanales
- Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 16:00 a 20:30. Posibilidad de Mañanas
- Fecha de incorporación: 16/09/2026
