Your Role

Your contribution will be

* Advising the Country Director as a finance business partner through budgeting, forecasting, financial controlling, and financial insights to support informed decision-making and country objectives

* Ensuring accounting accuracy, regulatory compliance, timely closings, and audit-ready documentation in line with internal policies and local legal requirements

* Analysing financial data and producing management reports and insights to support decision-making, audits, regulatory submissions, and continuous process improvement

* Coordinating finance-related activities across audits, regulatory processes, and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with organisational standards

* Collaborating with Finance Headquaters and internal stakeholders to align financial reporting, processes, and operational execution

Your profile ideally illustrates

* Several years of professional experience managing end-to-end finance processes, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end and year-end closings, audits, compliance, and financial analysis

* Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with sound knowledge of Austrian accounting regulations (UGB), statutory reporting requirements, and basic tax implications; professional accounting certifications are considered an advantage
