You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations and Vodafone's wider marketing teams to ensure consistent, high quality external engagement aligned with commercial objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: • Develop and manage marketing materials: You will be responsible for briefing, coordinating and managing the delivery of brand assets, including sales collateral, presentations, website content and social media materials, working with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, accuracy and full alignment with Vodafone brand guidelines. • Manage digital channels and lead generation: You will own the VP&C website and LinkedIn presence, managing content, agency delivery where applicable, and supporting lead generation activity through campaigns, partner initiatives and event led engagement, with performance tracking and optimisation. • Execute campaigns: You will support the implementation of marketing plans for existing and new roaming and wholesale products, coordinating campaign execution across internal teams and external partners to drive visibility, engagement and commercial impact. • Support trade marketing and sales events: You will coordinate trade marketing activities and provide end to end marketing support for roaming focused trade events, partner engagements and sales initiatives, working with agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and effective on site and post event follow up. • Support strategic partner led initiatives: You will coordinate marketing and communication activity linked to strategic collaborations with international operators, technology partners and ecosystem stakeholders, managing deliverables, messaging and timelines. • Support external communications and press activity: You will coordinate and manage the development of press releases and external communications related to roaming, wholesale and partnership initiatives, working with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, accuracy and brand alignment. • Collaborate with stakeholders: You will work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, agencies and Vodafone's wider marketing community to align delivery of integrated marketing initiatives and ensure priorities are clearly translated into actionable briefs. • Drive continuous improvement: You will assess, measure and refine marketing activity across digital channels, campaigns, events and partner initiatives, using insights to continuously improve effectiveness and delivery. Who you are • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, or business development. • Experience within telecoms, technology, or fast-paced commercial environments. • Proven track record in campaign management, social media, content creation, events, and lead generation. • Strong understanding of digital channels, brand management, and customer-facing communications. • Experience delivering marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth. • Ability to manage agencies, stakeholders, and multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing KPIs and performance insights to optimise results. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Summary The Compliance Officer will support the department into aligning the services with regulatory obligations relating to inter alia digital identities, qualified trust service providers (QTSPs), the European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDI Wallet), CSSF REGULATIONS and data protection. The Compliance Officer will translate regulatory requirements into operational practices and support the department as well as control all LuxTrust Group teams in achieving end-to-end compliance. Missions of the role Regulatory Monitoring • Conduct ongoing regulatory and legal watch, monitoring and analysis of eIDAS v2, GDPR, AML; ETSI standards, ENISA guidance, relevant CSSF circulars, and other applicable national frameworks. • Identify and interpret the impact of new regulatory and normative obligations. • Anticipate future developments and prepare the organization for upcoming requirements. Compliance & Internal Control • Define and drive the eIDAS v2 compliance strategy. • Develop, update, and disseminate compliance policies, procedures, and registers. • Perform internal audits and controls to assess the effectiveness of measures implemented, both within LuxTrust Group and across all subcontractors supporting trust services. • Prepare for and support external audits, certifications, and qualification processes (QTSP). · Monitoring & managing audit action plans as well as reporting: i.e. document requests & audit findings / remediation status / feedback on management response for recommendations / tracking-progress follow-up, etc. · Performs periodic reviews and compliance controls to ensure continuous adherence to LuxTrust policies and applicable regulations. · Advisory role in projects to assess compliance requirements. · Management of AML procedures and controls. Experience in the following areas is preferred: PKI, audits, security, risk assessments, information governance and privacy. - Experience in developing, documenting and maintaining policies, processes, procedures and standards. - Knowledge and experience in understanding documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements • Technical competencies: Skills and knowledge of IT and Information security business with focus on PKI. • Languages: French and English fluent.
