We're changing the way enterprises hire frontline workers; using behavioural science and hiring intelligence to help companies make better, fairer decisions at scale. As a Customer Success Manager, you own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and are responsible for their success from day one. You guide customers through our product to help them achieve their hiring objectives, lead strategic QBRs, and work closely with Sales on expansion and renewals. You're not reactive support; you're the reason customers get measurable results, stay, and grow.
