Job description
We are looking for a proactive and results driven Sales Executive to join our regional sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening existing client relationships. As a key representative of our hotel brand, you will contribute directly to the overall commercial strategy and success of our properties. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold colling, database management, client visits (both local and international), and other lead-generation activities. - Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through regular business reviews, effective communication, and contract management. - Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations on corporate room rates, meeting packages, and group contracts to maximize profitability and client retention. - Cross Department Collaboration: Work closely with key hotel departments including Front Office, Marketing, and Meetings & Events to ensure seamless service delivery. - Networking & Representation: Represent the hotels at key industry events, trade shows, and client networking events to build relationships and grow brand visibility. - Reporting & CRM management: Conduct market research, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, provide regular performance updates and sales reports.
