Prokura is growing and we are looking for an Accountant to support our Team. Do you want to be a part of an exciting journey with lots of responsibility within accounting projects and financial controlling? We are looking for a colleague to be a part of a team managed by Finance Director Christine Rolvung and Finance Controller. Currently we are also using freelancers in Poland, Germany and UK.

We are currently looking for an Accountant with skills within bookkeeping, strong local GAAP and IFRS knowledge. In this role you will be a crucial part of ensuring a well-functioning bookkeping function.
Responsibilities and tasks
Oversee accounting activities across all Prokura entities in Europe
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Monitor and control accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Responsible for year-end Audit across all entities, including ARs, APs, operating
expenses, bank reconciliations, management fees, prepayments, fixed assets, and
other General Ledger accounts.

Your Responsibilities May Include:
Electrical schematics design, PCB layout and EMI optimization
Development of electronics for high-power, precision, and battery-optimized applications
Embedded firmware development in C/C++
Mechanical and electrical integration of components (e.g. using SolidWorks)
Integrating electronics and firmware solutions with more commonly used operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, Android)
Prototyping, soldering, and assembling electronics
Troubleshooting both hardware, firmware, and software issues
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and requirements
Collaboration with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, QA, etc.)
Use of version control systems (Git, PDM)
Your Background Might Include:
A background in mechatronics, electrical or electronics engineering, or embedded hardware development – or equivalent experience
Work experience or internship in hardware development or testing
A hands-on mindset – you like building, testing, breaking, and fixing things
Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DfM) and EMC standards
Understanding of product life cycles from prototyping to final production
Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment
Experience with tools like KiCad, SolidWorks, Git, or similar
Fluency in English – written and spoken
It is a prerequisite that you have a work and residence permit for Denmark
