Als ervaren werkplaatsmedewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel voor de kwalitatieve werking van onze werkplaats. Je combineert technische kennis met een hands-on mentaliteit en helpt mee bij het begeleiden van junior medewerkers. Behoudens kwaliteit staan veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid centraal in jouw werk.

Voor onze productieplant in Arendonk (bestaande uit 5 grote machine-afdelingen: extrusie, rubber, rotomoulding, wassen en malen) zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste mechanieker voor in de nacht. Tijdens de nacht draaien de extrusie, rubber en rotomoulding afdeling namelijk verder. 

Over de rol

In jouw rol zal je instaan voor:

Het oplossen van technische storingen in de vaste nacht. (22.00u-06.00u)

Uitvoeren van de mechanische werken die nodig zijn voor het in stand houden van de installaties, voor het maximaliseren van de technische beschikbaarheid van de installaties

Ondersteuning bieden bij de realisatie van technische projecten

Verantwoordelijkheden

Lost productiestoringen op en voert de nodige herstellingen aan machines en installaties uit       volgens de plannen van de werkvoorbereider

Staat in voor de goede werking van de productiemachines

Voert zelfstandig preventieve onderhoudstaken uit volgens de onderhoudsplanning

Registreert zijn werkzaamheden in Ultimo en voert – indien nodig

Doet verbeteringsvoorstellen met betrekking tot de installaties

Installeert nieuwe installaties bij projecten

Volgt de geldende richtlijnen op inzake arbeidsveiligheid en milieu
