Job Description (General Summary)
Intralox's Global Digital Team (DT) Group is growing and is currently seeking a new team member to join its Service and Support team.
In this role, you thrive on providing exceptional support to our end users, enabling them to focus on delivering added value to our customers. You will work out of our EMEA Headquarters located in Hoofddorp.
What will you be doing?
You provide both on-site and remote technical break/fix support to our global colleagues, with a primary focus on the EMEA region. In Intralox's dynamic environment, no two days are the same. Together with your colleagues, you will manage a wide range of incoming tickets-from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to diving deep into complex technical challenges and fulfilling user requests.
You take pride in supporting end users, and the satisfaction and appreciation you receive when helping them motivates you every day. In addition, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and handle related administrative tasks that keep our support operations running smoothly.
