Als Accountant zal je deel uitmaken van een 5-koppig team en ondersteun je de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige werking van verschillende, internationale entiteiten. Als tekenaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van de plannen van fundering, staalstructuur, dak- en wandbekleding met inbegrip van de verschillende stuktekeningen van kolommen, balken, dak- en wandelementen.

Jouw taken:

• Je verdiept je in elk project door overleg met de commercieel verantwoordelijke en de klant, zodat je de verwachtingen en verkoopsinhoud perfect begrijpt.

• Je vertaalt deze input naar kwalitatieve 3D-ontwerpen in Tekla Structures, met oog voor technische haalbaarheid, regelgeving en materiaalkeuze.

• Samen met de commercieel verantwoordelijke licht je de ontwerpen toe aan de klant en stuur je bij waar nodig.

Als technisch-administratief bediende ben je de expert van ons platform en daarom het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die ondersteuning nodig hebben. Bovendien kom je terecht in een hecht serviceteam van vier collega's die klaar staan om je te helpen vanaf je eerste dag. Kennis van laadpalen of batterijen is niet vereist. Je behandelt vragen en problemen die telefonisch of via e-mail binnenkomen. Op basis van de informatie van de klant analyseer je de situatie en ga je op zoek naar de oorzaak. Waar mogelijk bied je meteen een passende oplossing. Indien nodig wijs je het dossier toe aan een collega. Heb je voldoende technisch inzicht? Dan ga je zelf dieper in op het probleem en stem je eventueel af met de fabrikant om tot een oplossing te komen. Je handelt hierbij oplossingsgericht, maar steeds vanuit een commerciële invalshoek.
