As a Recruitment Consultant (FR/NL/EN) your responsibilities are:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer management, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, checking references, and extending offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted partner throughout the process
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned with their expectations
- Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, professional databases, and recruitment events
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates (phone and face-to-face) to evaluate their skills, motivation, and overall fit
- Coordinate and facilitate all stages of the recruitment process, including technical tests, assessments, and evaluations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Guide and support candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience as the main point of contact
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by participating in recruitment events and strengthening the company's visibility
- Collaborate closely with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets
- Stay up to date with market trends and continuously contribute to improving recruitment practices and strengthening the employer brand
