SCOPR groeit snel en staat aan de vooravond van een nieuwe schaalfase. Daarom zoeken we een creatieve allround digital marketeer die strategie combineert met sterke visuele content en storytelling.
Wat ga je doen?
- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van digitale marketingcampagnes voor onze B2B & B2C SaaS-oplossingen
- Ontwerpen van visuele content:
social media visuals, ads, landingspagina’s, presentaties, e-mail templates
- Bewaken en verder uitbouwen van de SCOPR brand identity
- Opzetten en optimaliseren van campagnes (SEA, social ads, SEO & GEO-targeting)
- Beheren en optimaliseren van HubSpot (CRM, e-mailcampagnes, workflows & dashboards)
- Samenwerken met sales en product om marketingmateriaal te creëren dat converteert
- Experimenteren met nieuwe formats, tools (incl. AI design & marketing tools) en kanalen
Wat breng je mee?
- Ervaring als digital marketeer in een SaaS-, proptech- of scale-up context is een plus
- Sterke design skills en ervaring met tools zoals:
Figma, Adobe (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign), Canva
- Basiskennis van Google Analytics, GTM, Google Ads en Meta Business Suite
- Affiniteit met AI-tools voor design en marketing
- Sterke visuele én tekstuele storytelling skills

Your responsibilities
As an Influencer Marketeer, you are responsible for influencer marketing and press trips across all Nordic Collection brands and markets. You build strong relationships with influencers and media, translate campaigns into smart collaborations, and ensure every trip or partnership contributes to brand awareness, inspiration, and bookings.
What you will do in practice
Influencer Marketing
- Develop a clear influencer strategy per brand, market, and channel
- Select and manage suitable influencers, creators, and ambassadors
- Set up campaigns from A to Z: briefings, deliverables, timings, budget
- Ensure all content is fully on-brand and fits seamlessly into our marketing mix
Press & Press Trips
- Conceptualize and organize press trips that credibly position our brands
- Define objectives, storylines, key messages, and target media
- Coordinate logistics and stakeholders while ensuring professional execution
- Evaluate press results (coverage, reach, content quality, PR impact)
Data & Optimization
- Monitor influencer and press collaborations using relevant KPIs
- Use data (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio) to continuously improve performance
- Spot trends in influencer marketing, social formats, and platforms and translate them into new ideas
- Experience or strong affinity with influencer marketing / social media / content marketing
- Understanding of how influencer marketing can strengthen brand growth and conversion
- Strong organizational and planning skills—managing multiple campaigns doesn’t scare you
- Data-driven mindset: able to read, interpret, and convert basic data into actions
- Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills, and a collaborative mindset
- A passionate colleague with genuine travel spirit: you love authentic travel experiences and enjoy inspiring others with strong stories
- Good command of English; additional languages (NL/FR/DE) are a plus

Digital & multimedia production
- Plan, capture, and edit high-quality photography and video for the website, digital campaigns, events, and social channels.
- Produce interviews and explainers in both video and podcast formats, including filming, sound recording, editing, and post-production.
- Create motion graphics and short-form video content optimised for digital platforms and on-site screens.
- Ensure all content aligns with the school's brand values, tone of voice, and visual identity.
Social media & community management
- Own the school's social media presence across key platforms, including content planning, posting schedules, and day-to-day management.
- Write concise, engaging, on-brand captions that support storytelling and engagement.
- Monitor engagement, respond appropriately, and manage community interactions with professionalism and care.
- Use analytics and insights in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Officer to refine content and improve performance.
Campaign & marketing support
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Officer to produce multimedia assets for digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Support enrolment, admissions, and retention initiatives through targeted, high-quality content.
Design & printed materials
- Design and produce a limited range of print collateral, including prospectus materials, posters, event assets, and admissions brochures.
- Ensure consistency and quality across both digital and print outputs.
Content planning & strategy
- Maintain and manage a content calendar across digital channels.
- Work with marketing colleagues to analyse metrics and suggest content improvements and growth ideas to ensure outputs remain strategic and high-performing.
Digital asset management
- Take full ownership of the school's digital asset management system, ensuring visual assets are well organised, clearly tagged, and easily accessible.
Collaboration & events
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure content accuracy and relevance for prospective and current families.
- Support school events and wider marketing and communications activity as required.
Skills, experience & attributes
- A strong creative eye: You curate and create work to an exceptionally high standard and do not accept output below it.
- Technical excellence: Advanced skills in photography, videography, motion graphics, editing, and design using Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent).
- Confident interviewer: Comfortable building rapport and conducting interviews with students, staff, and parents for both video and audio content.
- Storytelling ability: Able to translate ideas, experiences, and messages into compelling visual and written narratives.
- Organisation & independence: A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple projects, deadlines, and workflows independently.
- Collaboration & communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Flexibility: This role requires occasional evening and weekend work, to capture content during key school events.
- Language: Exceptional written and spoken English.
