From sales playbooks and learning materials to workshops and onboarding, you will help turn knowledge into practical tools that teams can use every day. You will join our growing Revenue Operation and Enablement team and will work closely with teams across Revenue, Marketing, and Product to understand where support is needed, identify gaps, and continuously improve how we enable our teams. You don't need previous Revenue Enablement experience to succeed in this role. The Operations Manager, Sales Engineering is a people-focused leadership role responsible for leading, coaching and enabling our Sales Engineering teams across North-West Europe. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer-facing teams to support customer engagement, partner enablement and the successful positioning of SOTI solutions. Our Sales Engineers are responsible for satisfying the needs of those about to become customers in an effort to maximize their experience with SOTI products. This includes providing technical support, revenue generation in net new customer acquisition add-on sales, and partner enablement training.
