You sit right at the intersection of culture, operations and customer experience. Your impact is both daily and strategic. - Own partner performance end to end across multiple international locations - Protect customer experience with sharp KPIs and bold decisions - Coach partner leadership and frontline teams with energy and clarity - Lead weekly and monthly business reviews with strong insights and concrete improvements - Travel on site to stand close to the agents who represent our brand - Turn customer impacting trends into actions that move results fast - Use tools like Qlik, Medallia, Salesforce and Genesys to elevate performance - Build strong partnerships with internal teams including Quality, Training, WFM and Customer Operations
