Up until now, sales have been handled by Sander (our founder and CEO), but as the company grows, his focus is shifting towards strategy, product development, and overall leadership. This role might sound like a typical sales position on paper – but it’s not. You’ll be representing innovative, sustainable solutions that help the maritime industry reduce its environmental footprint. Our offering includes:

Your Role

Als Sales Manager in de Zware Industrie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verkopen van technische oplossingen voor kraan railsystemen in Nederland. Je werkt in een internationaal team en richt je op klanten in zware industrieën. Je ontwikkelt duurzame klantrelaties en denkt actief mee over service oplossingen. Verder behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid het:
- beheren en uitbreiden van je klantenportefeuille binnen sectoren als staal, cement en opslag;

Jij krijgt een diverse functie in een internationale omgeving waarin het aanspreekpunt bent voor de klanten en prospects. Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is to manage account servicing and ensure retention and growth of GRC business – an essential function within the organization. - 10+ years of experience in sales and account management.

- Experience with new/new and new/additional sales
- Prior property risk engineering experience and technical acumen are critical for this role, especially with specialized critical industry knowledge in Power Generation and Renewable Energy.
