Jouw uitdaging
Als Data Analyst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor voor het analyseren, structureren en toegankelijk maken van data die voortkomt uit onze verschillende systemen (Funex, financiële, CRM, NPS enz) en uiteenlopende klant- en marktonderzoeken. Jouw inzichten ondersteunen de volledige organisatie in het nemen van datagedreven beslissingen. Je helpt mee de datanoden van de business goed te begrijpen en dat inzicht te gebruiken om hen de juiste data in het juiste formaat aan te leveren. Je assisteert ook waar nodig het marketing departement in het analyseren van digitale performantie.

  • Je staat in voor de analyse, interpretatie en verwerking van data uit verschillende bronnen
  • Je bouwt, optimaliseert en beheert inzichtelijke rapporten en dashboards

Wie jij bent (en wat jij meebrengt)
Volgende troeven zoeken we in jou:

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een relevante richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als data analyst en/of data engineer in een klantgerichte of marketingcontext.
  • Je hebt sterke kennis van en ervaring met CRM- en CDP-data (bijv. Dynamics CE, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Data-gedreven inzichten benutten om langetermijngroei te stimuleren.

Over jou

  • Bachelor - of masterdiploma (Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen, Handelswetenschappen, Marketing, Management, Bedrijfscommunicatie, …)

  • Vlot met G-Suite toepassingen.

  • Inzicht in de renewal- en groeicyclus van klanten, met een ondernemersmentaliteit.

  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands (native, tweetalig of professioneel niveau).

  • Ervaring met ERP-, CRM-, e-commerce- of SaaS-omgevingen is een pluspunt.

  • Sterk in coördinatie, organisatie en heldere communicatie.

  • Proactief, resultaatgericht en gedreven om écht het verschil te maken voor klanten.
