As an (Senior) Account Executive, you'll focus on generating new business in strategic verticals within the Enterprise segments. You'll work closely with marketing and Sales Development Representatives and help grow our customer base through consultative selling. What You'll Do - Lead new business sales in tech, legal, consultancy, public sector, FMCG and Retail - Manage sales cycle from warm leads generated by Sales Development Representatives to negotiation and close - You build long-term client relationships and independently close new partnerships. - You contribute ideas for strategic campaigns to further optimize inbound conversion. - You work closely with your colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. - Develop account strategies for large sized clients - Collaborate on upsell and strategic (international) expansion What You Bring - 7+ years experience in SaaS or recruitment agency sales - Being comfortable with the SPICED and or MEDDIC methodology is a plus - Fluent in Dutch and English - Track record of closing large enterprise deals - Self-starter with consultative mindset - You have experience with consistently managing your projects in a CRM system (we currently use HubSpot) and feel confident in working towards sales targets and providing a predictable forecast. - Bachelor's/Master's degree What You Get - Competitive compensation with a fixed salary + monthly OTE bonus - MacBook - Opportunities to work on strategic projects with...
