Opracowywanie i realizowanie programów sportowo-rekreacyjnych adresowanych do mieszkańców Gminy Kędzierzyn-Koźle. 4.Przygotowanie i odpowiedzialność merytoryczna za sprawozdania z organizowanych imprez sportowych. 3.Odpowiedzialność za powierzony, wypożyczony lub przekazany sprzęt. 4.Zgłaszanie wszelkich uszkodzeń i usterek. 5.Współtworzenie i prowadzenie strony internetowej oraz portali społecznościowych. 6.Przygotowywanie materiałów w programie graficznym. 7.Przygotowywanie zapowiedzi do środków masowego przekazu w zakresie informacji o zbliżających się imprezach. 8.Wykonywanie dokumentacji fotograficznej z wydarzeń sportowych i innych przedsięwzięć odbywających się w ośrodku. 9.Prowadzenie procedur związanych z zamówieniami publicznymi w Dziale Marketingu i Organizacji Imprez Sportowych i przedkładanie do zatwierdzenia bezpośredniemu przełożonemu w zakresie zapytania o cenę. 10.Opisywanie pod względem formalnym faktur i rachunków. 11. Zastępowanie współpracowników podczas ich nieobecności. 12.Wykonywanie poleceń bezpośredniego przełożonego lub Dyrektora MOSiR w tym również wykraczających poza niniejszy zakres czynności. Role Description

This is a junior position in an on-site role for a Photographer / Digital Content Creator based in the Ghent city center. The responsibilities include planning and executing high-quality photo and video content, editing visual media and developing engaging content for social media, digital and offline channels. The role involves collaboration with the marketing team to align media content with brand guidelines and strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing content distribution and brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns.

Goal

You will be responsible for all visual aspects of our Ghent agency (can be extended to our Antwerp agency), ranging from photos and videos for the houses we sell or rent, to social-media content, offline flyers and brochures, developing a style in collaboration with our marketing team... Qualifications

· Photography and videography skills, including proficiency in camera handling, lighting, and composition techniques. Experience with drones is a big plus!

· Experience in photo and video editing

· Content creation and social media management skills with an understanding of digital marketing strategies

· Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
