We are currently looking for a highly organized and motivated Spanish-speaking Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing real estate company.

The role involves operational supervision, quality control procedures, verification processes, and administrative support relating to the company’s import/export activities.

The incumbent, reporting to the Materials and Logistics Manager, will be responsible for various tasks in the Materials and Logistics Department.

A Boat Master is required to ensure safe operation and passage of the vessel and be responsible for, and has command of, commercial passenger vessels and all those on board.

Responsible for cleaning offices, guesthouse rooms and common areas. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, emptying bins, replenishing supplies and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.

Assist with food preparation, serving meals and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Duties include washing utensils, cleaning work areas, handling ingredients, stocking supplies and supporting kitchen operations to ensure efficient and hygienic food service.

Prepare breakfast items and light meals while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation. Duties include ingredient preparation, cooking, plating, stocking supplies, cleaning work areas and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.

Responsible for creating social media content, managing online platforms, scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and supporting digital marketing and brand promotion activities.

A cleaner maintains hygiene by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing areas in homes, offices, or public places. They ensure spaces are clean, safe, organized, and pleasant for people to use.
