Vous prenez en charge la gestion complète de projets de construction et de sous-traitance, depuis la préparation du chantier jusqu'à la livraison finale, en veillant au respect des délais, des budgets et de la qualité des travaux. Vos missions sont : • Analyse des offres et sélection des sous-traitants • Gestion des contrats, commandes et achats liés aux chantiers • Coordination et suivi des travaux sur chantier • Organisation des plannings et supervision des différents intervenants • Participation aux réunions de chantier et suivi client • Contrôle des décomptes et suivi financier des projets • Gestion des réceptions et clôtures de chantier (décomptes finaux, dossiers As-Built) • Veille au respect des normes de sécurité, de la législation et des exigences environnementales Votre profil : • Formation technique supérieure : technicien supérieur, ingénieur civil, architecte ou équivalent • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire en gestion de projets construction • Excellente capacité d'analyse et vision globale des chantiers • Bonnes compétences en coordination, planification et gestion de sous-traitance • Bonne maîtrise des aspects juridiques liés aux contrats de sous-traitance • Solides connaissances des différents corps de métiers du bâtiment • Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel • La maîtrise du français est indispensable ; le luxembourgeois et l'allemand constituent un atout • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants

We our looking for a Risk Officer to join the Illiquid strategies Team. Your mission will consist in being in charge of managing several AIFs clients with a focus on illiquid strategies.
