The division provides fibre-based board materials and corrugated packaging products and services that are designed for a wide array of applications. Our renewable high-end packaging solutions serve leading converters, brand owners and retailers – including those in e-commerce that are looking to optimise performance, drive innovation and improve their sustainability. Tasks Your main task will be to lead the legal work for the Packaging Solutions division. You will be an active business partner to the EVP Packaging Solutions, the division leadership team, and the division, and continuously work to identify and manage legal and compliance risks and opportunities. You will also act as the gatekeeper of the company reputation and long-term shareholder value; provide strategic and tactical advice regarding contract negotiation, interpretation, claims and disputes, and coordinate legal teams in Poland and Russia.
