Als Projectcoördinator ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten, het atelier en de werf. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk project vlot verloopt en tot in de puntjes wordt afgewerkt.

Om ons Fire Safety & Security‑team te versterken, zijn wij ( Smart Infrastructure) op zoek naar een Field Engineer Security voor de regio Vlaanderen (focus op Vlaams-Brabant & Antwerpen, met occasionele verplaatsing naar klanten in andere provincies), met een primaire focus op grote industriële klanten.

Jouw taken:

• Het verzekeren van het onderhoud volgens de regels van de kunst (met een focus op teogangscontrole/CCTV/Inbraakdetectie).

Jouw vaardigheden:

• Je beschikt over Graduaat of Bachelor elektriciteit, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Jouw taken:

• Als technisch expert  blijf je op de hoogte van technische ontwikkelingen zodat je klanten steeds van een professionele en hoogst kwalitatieve service kunt voorzien.

• Je hebt een Bachelor in Elektromechanica/ Elektronica of gelijkwaardig door professionele ervaring.

About the position

Drones are increasingly considered as a security threat to society, including civilian critical infrastructure. Counter-drone systems must monitor the airspace as an integral part of a multi-layered air defense system, with functionality for detection, tracking and mitigating drone threats. Defending critical infrastructure such as railroads, bridges, power plants, power lines, airports, harbors, water supplies and more is challenging in a large country with complex geography and harsh climate. The PhD project will therefore study C-UAS concepts and contribute to develop and test solutions that are specially targeting Norwegian needs.

The UAV-lab at NTNU has been one of the prime research environments for advanced aerial drone operations with 15 years of experience developing technology for drone autonomy and beyond-line-of-sight operations. The project will give you an opportunity to do conceptual and practical research using drone detection systems, interceptor drones and other technologies driven by advanced sensors, data communication systems, and artificial intelligence.

We have a vacancy for a 3-year PhD position at the Department of Social Work.

For a position as a PhD Candidate, the goal is a completed doctoral education up to an obtained doctoral degree. The Faculty of Social and Educational Sciences will be your employer.

Onze groendienst Gent is gevestigd in de Gaardeniersweg 80, 9000 Gent. Dit is je tewerkstellingsplaats en de start- en eindlocatie van je werkdag en van waaruit je jij en je ploeg je naar diverse werven verplaatsen.

Hoe zal jij onze organisatie versterken?

Als meewerkend teamleider ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie, opvolging en het begeleiden van de werkzaamheden en medewerkers binnen de groendienst Gent. Je werkt samen met andere begeleiders en rapporteert aan de coördinator die de eindverantwoordelijkheid draagt.

• Je staat in voor de uitvoering van alle groen onderhoudswerken: grasmaaien, onkruid wieden, hagen scheren, beplantingen …
• Je biedt ondersteuning in het plannen van deze werkzaamheden. Je zorgt voor de opvolging van de kwaliteit van de afgeleverde producten en diensten.
• Je helpt actief mee aan de groei van onze medewerkers, rekening houdend met hun individueel af te leggen traject. Je geeft leiding aan en begeleidt deze medewerkers met als doel hun competenties in kaart te brengen en verder te ontwikkelen.
• Je communiceert/rapporteert over de werkzaamheden en medewerkers en ondersteunt bij het evalueren van onze medewerkers.
• Je biedt ook administratieve ondersteuning: voorbereiden overlegmomenten en opmaak verslag, opvolging werflijsten, een brede waaier aan mogelijk extra taken…

• Je hebt affiniteit met natuur en groen en met het concept maatwerkbedrijf.
• Je kiest bewust voor sociale economie, zijn doelgroep en de bijhorende uitdagingen.
• Je kan planmatig, gestructureerd en professioneel werken. Je beschikt hiervoor over goede organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Je bent klantgericht en weet de wensen en behoeften van de klant te onderzoeken, rekening houdend met de visie en doelstellingen van de eigen organisatie. Kwaliteit draag je hoog in het vaandel.
• Je weet vertrouwelijke informatie te beschermen, maar weet ook nuttige kennis en ervaring te delen met het team.
• Je herkent en erkent de competenties en talenten van de medewerkers, maar weet hen ook bij te sturen door op een rustige manier tips en aanwijzingen te geven op werk en gedrag.
• Je hebt goede technische vaardigheden. Ervaring met groenmachines en technieken is een pluspunt.
• Verder ben je goed Nederlandstalig en je hebt een rijbewijs en bij voorkeur een rijbewijs BE.
