YOUR FUTURE ROLE The Solution Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) (S-CSM) works in a team of Customer Success Managers (CSM) to guide our Supply Chain customers through their journey with our solutions. The S-CSM ensures that customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references and upsells/cross-sells for Cloud products within the CSM’s own Supply Chain customer portfolio are achieved. What you'll do In this role you will be working in a team of Digital Sales Development Specialists and a lot of digital-native talents. What you bring - Prior experience in a professional social selling, sales, business development or B2B Marketing role or comparable. - First experiences and interest in the usage of digital technologies and methods, like video creation, AI, storytelling, blogging, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. - Built-up customer relationships via own social media activities and ambition to develop yourself into a trusted advisor. - Interest in customers, their digital transformation challenges and help them to innovate in an ever-changing world. - Open-minded and self-motivated to learn about the SAP strategy, the power of our software solutions, their usability and customer value. - Strong in teamwork and ability to learn in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment. - Bachelor equivalent mandatory, preferably in Business, Marketing or IT-related discipline, Master equivalent preferable. - German speaker mandatory, mandatory fluent English skills.
