Hatched Analytics serves a client base of sophisticated hedge funds - primarily long/short equity strategies - headquartered in New York and London. This role is based Wednesday and Thursday in Dublin office and rest of week from home. This can increase/change as business requires. The Role This is a commercially focused, internationally oriented operations role at the heart of our data trading business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing data suppliers and business partners across global markets, with a particular emphasis on non-EEA regions. A significant component of the role involves conducting outreach, negotiations, and relationship management in languages other than English, directly with international counterparts. Key Responsibilities Identifying and sourcing new international data suppliers and vendors across non-EEA markets through structured outreach and research Collaborating cross-functionally with data, quant, and research teams to distil complex analytical requirements into clear, accessible briefs for international data contributors and suppliers. Managing and maintaining B2B relationships with existing international data providers, negotiating terms and ensuring supply continuity Conducting professional correspondence and negotiations in at least one non-EEA official language on a daily basis Evaluating and qualifying inbound data sources for relevance, quality, and commercial viability Supporting the onboarding of new international partners into the company's data pipeline Coordinating cross-functional operations to ensure data delivery timelines and quality standards are consistently met Maintaining accurate records of supplier communications, contract terms, and partnership activity Providing market intelligence on emerging international data sources and opportunities Requirements - Essential A Level 8 degree or higher in Business, International Business, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline Demonstrated experience in international B2B operations, data sourcing, or business development Fluency in English and at least one additional non-EEA language, candidates must be capable of conducting business negotiations, supplier correspondence, and professional communications in the additional language Strong understanding of global data markets and international supplier landscapes Proven ability to manage multiple international supplier relationships, projects and other operational tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures and time zones Proficiency in CRM tools and operational tracking systems Requirements - Desirable Experience working within a data trading, data brokerage, or analytics environment Familiarity with data quality assessment methodologies Experience with fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments
At Decospan, our Key Account Managers are true ambassadors of our flooring brand ESCO across Europe.
In this role, you will focus on developing and strengthening existing client relationships, ensuring strong follow-up and long-term value creation. You will identify opportunities to grow business within current accounts and contribute to sustainable growth in the DACH region.
You will spend approximately 60% of your time in the field, combined with work from our production site in Radomyšl and your home office. You report to the ESCO Sales Manager.
Your responsibilities
- Represent Decospan’s wood flooring brand ESCO, to distributors and retailers in the DACH region.
- Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio, building strong, long-term partnerships through regular contact, joint customer visits, and commercial initiatives.
- Support distributors and partners with product training, commercial guidance, and hands-on follow-up, enabling them to confidently represent our brands.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, quotations, orders, and deliveries, in close collaboration with internal teams and production
- Aimed at expanding the Decospan territory, you will translate management decisions into your commercial action plan and hunt for new opportunities.

always keeping the overall strategy in mind. - Stay closely connected to our production site and participate
in training to further strengthen your product knowledge.

Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare customer-focused reports (sales volumes and revenue in €)
- Conduct pricing analyses and monitor margins by customer and product category
- Analyze promotional campaigns, including their impact on volumes, margins, and customer behavior
- Investigate and reconcile returnable packaging balances
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support commercial decision-making
Master Data & ERP
- Maintain and monitor pricing, products, and assortments within the ERP system
- Ensure the setup and quality of customer structures
- Identify and correct data errors and inconsistencies
Quotations & Sales Support
- Prepare and optimize quotations in collaboration with management
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into appropriate proposals
- Efficiently handle administrative requests from the field sales team
- Create dashboards and reports for internal reporting purposes
CRM & Customer Contact
- Support the development and management of the CRM environment
- Ensure customer data in both CRM and ERP systems remains accurate and up to date
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commercial Sciences, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Initial relevant experience (internship or professional experience) is an asset but not required
- Affinity with the food, fresh produce, or FMCG sector is a plus
Technical Skills
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and macros
- Comfortable working with large datasets and ERP systems
- Knowledge of CRM systems or the ability to learn them quickly
- Experience with Power BI and/or Power Query is an added advantage
- Active interest in AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Personal Competencies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify the drivers behind the numbers
- Strong communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear insights for colleagues and customers
- Fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written
