The job
DTU Space Ventures promotes the commercial utilisation of space in Denmark. We support Danish companies with business development, funding, network and resources to help them take advantage of the rapidly growing commercial opportunities in space applications. We are home to the European Space Agency's (ESA) two centres in Denmark: the ESA Business Incubation Centre Denmark, which supports startups, and the ESA Technology Broker Denmark, which supports established companies.
Our expectations of you
As a student assistant for ESA Business Incubation Centre (ESA BIC), you will have the opportunity to work closely with the team and the ESA BIC startups and contribute to a variety of exciting projects.
Your tasks will depend on your interests and skills, but will include:
Assisting the team by gathering information on relevant technologies and companies with potential for space commercialization.
Assisting with project coordination, administration and documentation.
Participating in the planning and execution of events and worksho
Providing desk research and assisting with data collection for various projects.
Preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
Supporting the implementation of our new CRM system.
Salary and appointment terms
Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the OAO-S Joint Agreement for Office Clerks, Laboratory Technicians and IT staff (HK/stat).
Working hours are approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods. The employment runs as long as you are an active student.
The position is based at DTU (main campus, Lyngby).

We are currently looking for engaged, responsible, and flexible individuals for a combined housekeeping and restaurant service position, where you will help ensure both spotless surroundings and warm, professional guest experiences.
About Ærø Hotel
Ærø Hotel is located within walking distance of Marstal’s centre on the idyllic island of Ærø, surrounded by the beautiful South Funen Archipelago.
With 100 rooms, 3 conference rooms, and a kitchen where every dish is prepared with care, we strive to create memorable stays for our guests from Denmark and abroad.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping
Cleaning hotel rooms and common areas
Ensuring rooms are ready for arriving guests
Changing bed linens and towels
Restocking toiletries and guest supplies
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming hotel environment
Restaurant & Service
Assisting with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
Serving guests and providing friendly, professional table service
Clearing and setting tables
Washing dishes and keeping service areas clean
Supporting guest comfort and ensuring a positive dining experience
Assisting the restaurant team where needed

Salary
Housekeeping duties: 125 DKK/hour (approx. €16.75/hour)
Waiter / service duties: 135 DKK/hour (approx. €18.10/hour)
Salary is paid according to the tasks performed during the shift.

We design integrated photonic interconnect chips to reduce power consumption and increase speed for AI datacenters, quantum computing, and space applications. We are a diverse team of 12 looking for a Founder Associate to work closely with the founders and support both strategy and execution across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning Support: Assist in turning company strategy into clear roadmaps, OKRs, and quarterly plans, and help prepare materials for leadership and board meetings.
Execution & Project Coordination: Support the execution of cross-functional initiatives by tracking tasks, following up on action items, and coordinating with R&D, product, operations, and business development.
Founders’ Support: Work closely with the founders on selected projects, helping with research, preparation, and day-to-day follow-up to keep priorities moving forward.
Operations & Processes: Help maintain the company’s operating and contribute to simple, scalable processes for decision-making and information sharing.
Stakeholder & Communication Support: Assist in coordinating communication with internal teams, investors, and partners, ensuring materials are organized and messages are clear and consistent.
What We Are Looking For
Education: You have a technical education, preferably in Physics, Photonics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
Experience: You bring 0-2 years of total professional experience and exposure to working closely with founders or C‑level leaders.
Skills: You combine strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent English communication and a proven track record of driving complex, cross‑functional projects to completion.
Soft Skills: You are independent, proactive, and low‑ego, with a team‑oriented mindset and high adaptability to an early‑stage startup environment.
You have experience in deep‑tech, semiconductor, photonics, or AI/datacenter infrastructure, and may have been involved in fundraising, grants, or board reporting.
