EasyPartz is looking for a motivated Junior CNC Machinist / CNC Operator who wants to build a long-term career in precision manufacturing.
You will become part of an experienced machining team and develop your skills through daily hands-on work, practical shop-floor learning, and mentorship from experienced CNC machinists. We are looking for people who enjoy practical work, take pride in producing high-quality components, and are eager to continuously develop their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC milling and turning machines under the guidance of experienced machinists.
Assist with machine setup, tooling, and workholding.
Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing instructions.
Perform in-process and final measurements using inspection equipment.
Monitor machining operations and report deviations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace in accordance with 5S principles.
Follow company procedures for quality, safety, and production reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient workshop operations.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
Vocational education or practical experience in CNC machining, machining technology, metalworking, or a related mechanical field.
Basic understanding of CNC machining principles and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read technical drawings and use standard measuring equipment, or the willingness to develop these skills quickly.
Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
A responsible attitude towards quality, safety, and teamwork.
English communication skills sufficient to work effectively in an international production environment.
Motivation to relocate to Denmark and build a long-term career with EasyPartz.
Experience with CNC milling, CNC turning, Fusion 360, Fanuc, Haas, or robotic machine tending is considered an advantage but is not required.
