Your role and tasks
• Handling the CEO's calendar, contact lists, switchboard, reception of visitors, follow-up regular tasks like absence overviews, onboarding support, planning activities supporting the management team;
• Management of daily and ad hoc administrative tasks (drafting minutes of internal meetings, procurement, assistance to HR and to sales…);
• Supporting CISOs (Chief Information Security Officer) in the management and continuous improvement of information security documentation of itrust consulting and our customers;
• Support of public relations, website administration, e.g. preparing news, press releases …;
• Timesheet consolidation and management of invoicing and stocks.
Profile of the candidate
• You have reached a higher level of education (e.g. BAC+2) and studied a technical discipline, public relations or a similar subject at university. You have also obtained an EU-wide recognized administrative assistant qualification;
• Good skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, usage of WordPress is considered an advantage;
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (Luxembourgish and/or German considered an advantage);
• Capability to work independently, thoroughly, quickly, bringing new ideas to the team.

Description des tâches:
• Assurer le lavage, le rinçage et le séchage de la vaisselle (assiettes, couverts, verres), des ustensiles de cuisine et du matériel de préparation
• Utiliser et entretenir correctement la machine à laver la vaisselle et le matériel de plonge
• Veiller au respect strict des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP)
• Trier et ranger la vaisselle et le matériel propre à leur emplacement
• Nettoyer les plans de travail, éviers, sols et zones de plonge
• Aider à la réception et au rangement des livraisons si nécessaire
• Sortir et trier les déchets selon les consignes (recyclage, biodéchets)
• Apporter un soutien ponctuel à l'équipe de cuisine (épluchage simple, nettoyage de matériel spécifique: plats à pâtes, bacs à pizza, plaques, etc.)
• Maintenir un rythme de travail efficace, notamment lors des services intensifs
