Für die Abteilung Konstruktion mit insgesamt rund zehn Mitarbeitenden suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe in der Serienbetreuung mechanischer Baugruppen und Produkte übernimmt. Im Mittelpunkt steht nicht die reine Neuentwicklung, sondern die technische Verantwortung für bestehende Produkte im laufenden Serienumfeld: Änderungen bewerten, Verbesserungen konstruktiv umsetzen, Fertigungs- und Qualitätsfragen klären und als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Konstruktion, Produktion, Einkauf, Qualität, Lieferanten und weiteren Fachbereichen wirken. Gesucht wird ein Konstrukteur bzw. eine Konstrukteurin, der bzw. die technische Verantwortung übernimmt, gern im Detail arbeitet und gleichzeitig den Blick für das Ganze behält – mit dem Anspruch, Serienprodukte stabil, wirtschaftlich und zukunftsfähig weiterzuentwickeln. Ihre Aufgaben: - Sie übernehmen die technische und konstruktive Serienbetreuung definierter Produkte im Bereich der Durchflusssensorik, einer der wichtigsten und umsatzstärksten Produktgruppen von SIKA. - Sie tragen die mechanische Verantwortung für bestehende Serienprodukte und begleiten diese über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus im laufenden Serienumfeld. - Sie bewerten technische Änderungen, leiten konstruktive Maßnahmen ab und sorgen für eine saubere Umsetzung in Zeichnungen, Stücklisten, Dokumentationen und Änderungsprozessen. - Sie analysieren technische Fragestellungen aus Fertigung, Montage, Qualitätssicherung, Einkauf oder Lieferantenumfeld und entwickeln gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen tragfähige Lösungen. - Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktion, Qualität, Einkauf, Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und externen Partnern zusammen und übernehmen eine wichtige Schnittstellenfunktion im Unternehmen. - Sie verbessern bestehende Produkte hinsichtlich Herstellbarkeit, Qualität, Kosten, Montagefreundlichkeit und langfristiger Serienfähigkeit. - Sie führen konstruktive Anpassungen und Detailausarbeitungen im CAD-System durch; der Anteil reiner CAD-Konstruktionsarbeit liegt bei ca. 30 %. - Sie werden durch erfahrene Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie fachliche Spezialisten im Umfeld der Konstruktion unterstützt, sodass Sie technische Themen fundiert abstimmen und gemeinsam effizient zur Umsetzung bringen können. - Sie wirken an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit und bringen Ihre technische Expertise dort ein, wo Produktqualität, Fertigungsstabilität und Serienoptimierung gefragt sind. Ihr Profil: - Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau, der Konstruktionstechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung. - Alternativ bringen Sie eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung mit. - Sie haben Erfahrung in der mechanischen Konstruktion, idealerweise im Umfeld von Serienprodukten, industrieller Messtechnik, Sensorik, Gerätebau, Kunststofftechnik, Metallbauteilen oder vergleichbaren technischen Produkten. - Sie verstehen Konstruktion nicht nur als CAD-Arbeit, sondern als technische Verantwortung für funktionierende, wirtschaftlich herstellbare und stabile Serienprodukte. - Sie verfügen über ein gutes Verständnis für fertigungsgerechte Konstruktion, technische Dokumentation, Zeichnungsableitung, Stücklisten und Änderungsprozesse. - Sie können technische Anforderungen aus Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualität, Einkauf und Lieferantenumfeld einordnen und zu praktikablen Lösungen zusammenführen. - Sie arbeiten strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und verbindlich und behalten auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick. - Sie kommunizieren gern mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen, können technische Sachverhalte klar erklären und schätzen eine Aufgabe mit vielen Schnittstellen. - Persönlich passen Sie gut zu SIKA, wenn Sie Verantwortung übernehmen möchten, verlässlich arbeiten und Freude daran haben, Produkte langfristig zu betreuen, zu verbessern und serienfähig weiterzuentwickeln.
