About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join the Global Strategy and Innovation team at the Amsterdam headquarters. This is a temporary 6-month assignment, with potential to extend, and is also suitable for freelancers. In this role, you will help shape and launch global product innovations, ensuring they resonate with consumers across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and validate consumer value propositions through research and testing to ensure relevance across multiple markets. - Lead the creation of artworks and oversee implementation plans for global product launches. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Design to deliver projects on time and within scope. - Manage agencies and external partners to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to timelines. - Monitor brand performance using KPIs and consumer insights; recommend actions to optimize results. - Present strategies, plans, and results confidently to senior stakeholders and global/local teams.
Skills & Experience - Minimum 7 years' experience in consumer marketing, ideally within FMCG or nutrition categories. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines and priorities. - Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experience managing agencies and delivering projects under tight deadlines. - Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail. - Comfortable working in a multicultural...
