Internship description:
We're looking for a hands-on, structured, and proactive intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work on high-impact brand activations across events, sports, and national partnerships.
You will be at the heart of major activations (festivals, sports, key national customers), contributing to projects that directly impact brand visibility, consumer experience, and sales performance.
What will you do during the internship?
- Project & Event Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of brand activations (festivals, sports, national accounts)
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Build and maintain structured tracking files (Excel)
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a point of contact for agencies, partners, and internal teams
- Align with marketing, sales, and legal teams
- Proactively follow up to ensure smooth execution
- On-Site Execution
- Support activations on the ground (events, festivals, launches)
- Handle real-time problem solving (logistics, last-minute changes)
- Ensure high-quality brand visibility and execution
- Brand Activation Support
- Work within brand guidelines and activation frameworks
- Support briefing of visuals, content, and concepts to optimize business
- Think along the consumer journey
- Performance & ROI Tracking
- Support tracking of volumes, activation costs, and consumer reach
- Contribute to simple ROI analysis (cost per consumer, impact tracking)
Internship duration:
Start date: June, for 3 to 4 months..

As a Civil Engineer Intern, you will be part of our multi-disciplinary engineering team, supporting the delivery of water and wastewater projects from design through to completion and handover to the client. This placement will provide you with the opportunity to learn from industry-leading project teams, working in a collaborative “one-team” culture while developing and broadening your technical and professional skills. You will demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute as part of an experienced delivery team. Under the guidance of senior staff, you will support day-to-day project activities, gain exposure to engineering design and on-site operations, and develop an understanding of how projects are priced, planned, and delivered. Due to the diverse nature of our work, you will have the chance to observe and engage with a wide range of civil engineering activities, giving you valuable insight into both the technical and practical aspects of the industry. This placement is designed to support your professional growth, preparing you to return to university with enhanced knowledge and experience to progress in your future career. Main Duties and Responsibilities: The main duties and responsibilities of the Civil Junior Engineer are outlined as follows: Work as part of a project team, contributing to the delivery of ongoing projects and embracing a collaborative “one team” culture. Support the promotion of Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards, policies, and procedures on-site. Develop foundational skills in setting out under supervision. Gain practical experience in the use of laser levels and dumpy levels. Build familiarity with BIM/Revit and develop basic drafting skills. Learn to interpret rebar details and drawings with guidance from senior engineers. Learn and practice basic concrete quality control tests, such as measuring slump (workability), taking cube samples, curing them properly, and recording the results. Get familiar with water and wastewater treatment processes, including exposure to modular package treatment plant fabrication. Engage in continuous learning and development, keeping up to date with emerging industry standards and technologies through guidance and mentoring. Support site teams with health and safety activities, such as inductions, statutory inspections, record keeping, and data collection. Demonstrate eagerness to learn, develop professional skills, and progress toward future career goals.
