- Manage the full order-to-cash process: order entry, follow-up, shipping, invoicing, and aftersales
- Optimise container and transport planning
- Support Account Managers in your region
- Handle product and pricing management (proposing alternatives, pricing, discounts, price lists)
- Act as the main point of contact for distributors
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, production, sales, marketing)
- Align closely with production to ensure smooth supply chain planning
