• Manage the relationship with the customer completely from in the communication and negotiation, to the administration in different systems and finally the optimization of the customer information and billing.

• Take ownership to help the customer, show initiative and take up responsibility.
• Support the full sales cycle of consumables products from order entry to order delivery, including solving delivery and quality challenges, to managing customers account details, updating pay-out, credit limit or requests for new equipment/product… updating your customers proactively until completion of the case
• Execute general administrative tasks linked to the overall after-sales process, maintaining prices per account, preparation and coordination of commercial invoices, and any other required documents to support the customer journey.
• Assist with translations to the regional languages.
• Be a backup for the Technical Support Coordinator when applicable.
• Other duties as applicable.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years experience in a similar function.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Knowledge of CRM system, specifically Salesforce, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus (Infor M3).
• Knowledge of complaint management process is a plus.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication, active listening and negotiation skill.
• A passion for helping people.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
