Context
The IT Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading IT projects that enhance existing systems and support the adoption of new technologies. They are responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, managing risks and ensuring compliance with IT governance standards. A key focus is fostering a strong project management mindset within the team and promoting best practices. The IT Project Manager works closely with the IT organisation, including the IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Applications and Development teams, while also partnering with business stakeholders to align projects with company goals. Description
You will be mainly responsible for:
· Taking ownership of and driving the execution of high-priority IT portfolio projects to ensure value delivery
· Monitoring and reporting on portfolio-level performance and proactively escalating risks and blockers to senior management
· Maintain, promote and enforce the new project management methodology across the IT team, acting as a reference point for best practice
· Ensuring the consistent and correct use of the project management tool (Asana) by all project contributors and supporting team members in its adoption
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget and resource allocation
· Identify, monitor and proactively manage risks, implementing preventive and corrective actions

Education
Education and experience
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, particularly in IT systems/infrastructure projects

You will have the opportunity to contribute to a research project in collaboration with Post Luxembourg (one of our national industrial partners) that combines optimisation, AI and digital twin technologies in the context of innovative logistics applications.
We are looking for a highly motivated Researcher to join our team in the development of an advanced logistics application integrated with digital twin technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in optimisation, data science, and machine learning, with additional desirable skills in business process modelling and predictive analytics.
The successful candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and validation of innovative computational methods that support logistics process analysis, forecasting, and optimisation within a digital twin environment.
Your specific activities will include (but are not limited to):
· Develop algorithms for automated process discovery based on event logs in the context of logistics systems.
· Combine data science and process mining techniques to support process representation, modelling, and analysis within a logistics environment.
· Design and implement methods for performance analysis, including bottleneck detection and compliance deviation analysis, using state of the art process mining tools.
· Explore and propose “what if” scenarios to support strategic planning and decision making in logistics.
· Formalize and implement an optimisation environment tailored to logistics process improvement.

Om stillingen
Ved Halden fengsel er det ledig stilling som miljøterapeut i 100 % fast stilling - innplassering i Overgangsboligen.
Overgangsboligen har 24 plasser, og er et ledd i den gradvise tilbakeføringen til samfunnet gjennom fokus på behov for for bo-, arbeids- og sosialtrening.
Stillingen har arbeidstid i turnus med arbeid dag, kveld, natt og hver 3. helg. Endringer i turnusordning vil kunne forekomme. Relevant sikkerhetsopplæring knyttet til arbeid i fengsel skal gjennomføres, samt årlig trening i fysisk maktanvendelse.
Alle ansatte i Halden fengsel må utvise en fleksibel holdning, samt påregne å bistå innen andre ansvarsområder enn den tjenestepost eller avdeling den enkelte til enhver tid er plassert i.
En miljøterapeut skal ha evne til å planlegge, lede og evaluere innsattes påvirkningsarbeid, se sammenhengen mellom egne oppgaver og øvrige fagområder, og gode kommunikasjonsevner.

Kriminalomsorgens samfunnsoppdrag er å gjennomføre varetektsfengsling og straffereaksjoner på en måte som er betryggende for samfunnet og som motvirker straffbare handlinger. Målet vårt er at den domfelte etter soning skal velge å leve et kriminalitetsfritt liv. Kriminalomsorgen består av Kriminalomsorgsdirektoratet (KDI), Kriminalomsorgens høyskole og utdanningssenter (KRUS) og fem regioner med cirka 60 lokale fengsler og friomsorgskontor. Region øst omfatter 12 fengsler, 4 friomsorgskontor, overgangsbolig, senter for narkotikakontroll med domstolkontroll og hundetjeneste med ca. 1.800 tilsatte i Akershus, Oslo, Østfold, Oppland og Hedmark. Regionadministrasjonen er i Lillestrøm.
Halden fengsel er et av Norges største fengsler med 252 innsatte. Fengselet har avdelinger med høyt sikkerhetsnivå i tillegg til en overgangsbolig i Halden, og gjennomfører varetektsfengsling og fengselsstraffer av ulike kategorier. Halden fengsel har et høyt faglig nivå og legger stor vekt på tverrfaglig samarbeid.
