Vill du vara med och stärka KFUM Distrikt Mitt och våra föreningar? KFUM Distrikt Mitt söker en central verksamhetsutvecklare på 20% för en tidsbegränsad anställning på ca 12 månader. I den här rollen får du vara med och utveckla distriktets stöd till våra medlemsföreningar och bidra till att fler unga får möjlighet att växa i trygga och meningsfulla sammanhang. Om oss KFUM Distrikt Mitt är en distriktsorganisation för KFUM-föreningar i Dalarna, Gävleborg, Halland, Södermanland, Uppsala, Värmland, Västmanland, Västra Götaland och Örebro län. Distriktets uppdrag är att stötta medlemsföreningarna och bidra till mötesplatser där unga människor kan utvecklas. Vi är en del av KFUM-rörelsen, där människan ses som en helhet utifrån Body, Mind, Spirit. KFUM betonar allas lika värde, medmänsklighet, respekt och att unga ska få utrymme att stärkas, utveckla egenmakt och vara med och förändra samhället. Om rollen Som central verksamhetsutvecklare arbetar du med föreningarna i distriktet samt leder och samordnar distriktets utvecklingsarbete. Du har ett övergripande ansvar för att driva arbetet framåt, hålla ihop kontakter, följa upp aktiviteter samt arbetsleda lokala verksamhetsutvecklare. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att: driva och samordna verksamhetsutvecklingsarbetet inom distriktet planera, prioritera och följa upp aktiviteter arbetsleda lokala verksamhetsutvecklare boka, genomföra och följa upp föreningsbesök, samtal och möten samordna kontakter med föreningar, styrelse, funktionärer och andra relevanta aktörer ansvara för uppbyggnad och uppdatering av föreningsregister, kontaktstrukturer och underlag planera och genomföra kartläggningsinsatser, nätverksträffar, föreningskontakter och andra aktiviteter dokumentera, rapportera och ta fram underlag till arbetsgivaren och styrelsen delta på styrelsemöten för avrapportering Vi söker dig som tycker om att möta människor och bygga relationer har god förmåga att strukturera, driva och följa upp arbete är självgående, kommunikativ och trygg i att skapa relationer med olika människor delar KFUM:s värderingar har erfarenhet från KFUM eller annan idéburen verksamhet har förståelse för föreningslivets villkor och möjligheter har erfarenhet av verksamhetsutveckling, projektledning eller samordning kan arbeta självständigt men också samordna andra har god kunskap i användande av Office-paketet i MS365 samt Teams eller likvärdiga produkter Det är meriterande om du har: erfarenhet av föreningsutveckling erfarenhet av ideell sektor, ungdomsverksamhet eller medlemsorganisationer vana att hålla ihop flera kontaktytor samtidigt erfarenhet av att leda arbete utan formellt personalansvar erfarenhet av föreningsarbete eller ideell verksamhet lokal eller regional förankring i någon del av distriktet erfarenhet av uppsökande arbete, samverkan eller medlemskontakt vana att dokumentera och rapportera genomfört arbete KFUM en öppen och inkluderande organisation och välkomnar sökande med olika bakgrund, erfarenheter och perspektiv. Om anställningen Tjänsten är en tidsbegränsad anställning på 20 %, motsvarande 8 timmar per vecka. Arbetstiden är flexibel utifrån verksamhetens behov. Arbete på kvällar och helger förekommer. Placering sker enligt överenskommelse inom distriktet och delar av arbetet kan utföras på distans. Resor inom distriktet ingår i tjänsten. Ange om du har körkort samt tillgång till bil.
