About the position
Your key areas of responsibility:
Maintenance Operations
Automation & Electrical Systems
Examples of tasks could be:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation and electrical systems within the production facility
Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
Be proactive in completing corrective work orders and responding to maintenance issues and breakdowns
Contribute to the ongoing development of the preventive maintenance schedule (PM strategy) by providing feedback and improvement suggestions
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement enhancements using world‑class engineering and CI techniques
Work close with production and other internal departments to ensure equipment reliability and maintain up‑to‑date documentation
In addition to the examples mentioned above, all maintenance and engineering activities must comply with applicable Health & Safety, food safety, and quality standards, ensuring full adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements relevant to food and pet food production environments.
Your profile
Relevant mechanical and/or electrical experience)
Fluent in English (It will be an advantage if you speak Danish or are currently learning it).
Experience with PLC systems, automation, and industrial electrical installations is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

As a Technician / Hoist Operator, you will play a key role in both the maintenance and operational aspects of our helicopter services. Working with our Airbus H135 and H145 fleet, you will contribute to ensuring the highest standards of safety, airworthiness, and operational performance in support of offshore wind operations.
Based in Thorsminde, you will be part of a dedicated team serving some of Northern Europe’s most innovative offshore wind projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Aircraft Technician Duties
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on helicopters
Troubleshoot technical issues and carry out inspections
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and manufacturer requirements
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Collaborate closely with pilots, technicians, and operations personnel
Support the continued airworthiness and availability of the fleet
Hoist Operator Duties
Perform precision hoisting operations to offshore wind turbines, vessels, and substations
Assist flight crews during offshore missions
Ensure the highest standards of safety during hoisting activities
Maintain operational readiness of hoist equipment
Support mission planning and execution as part of the crew
Contribute to safe and efficient offshore operations in challenging environments
Who we are Looking for
Minimum Qualifications
EASA Part-66 B1.3 and/or B2 Licence
Able to obtain and maintain an EASA Class 2 Medical Certificate
Proficient in spoken and written English
Highly Desirable
Type rating on H135 or H145
Previous experience as a Hoist Operator
Residence in Denmark or a nearby region
Scandinavian language skills

Sønderborg International School is looking for a skilled and experienced School Secretary to join our team.
We are a small, independent international school in Sønderborg with students from Year 1 to Year 10. Our school community includes families and staff from many different countries and backgrounds, and English is the main language of communication at the school.
The School Secretary plays a central role in the daily administration and operation of the school. We are therefore looking for someone who understands the Danish school system, is familiar with the administrative requirements and systems relevant to a friskole, and can take responsibility for a broad range of administrative tasks.
The position requires someone who can work independently, manage responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy, and work closely and flexibly with the Headteacher.
Main responsibilities
The responsibilities of the School Secretary include:
Student admissions, withdrawals and general student administration.
Communication with current and prospective families.
Managing the school’s general email, telephone enquiries and correspondence.
Administrative communication with municipalities, public authorities and other external organisations.
Administration and maintenance of the school’s student information systems and Intra.
Preparation and submission of statistics, reports and other administrative data.
Administration of school fees, invoicing and follow-up on payments.
Administrative support for the School Board, including sending meeting invitations and distributing minutes and other relevant documentation.
Administration of user accounts, internet access credentials and access to the school’s IT systems.
Filing, documentation and general administrative tasks.
Providing administrative support to the Headteacher and contributing to the effective daily operation of the school.
Payroll, bookkeeping and the administration of employment contracts are not part of the position.
We are looking for someone who
Is fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
Has a solid understanding of how a Danish friskole operates and is familiar with relevant administrative systems and procedures.
Has strong administrative and IT skills.
Is highly meticulous and works with a high degree of accuracy.
Is able to work independently and take responsibility for their areas of work.
Is approachable, professional and service-minded when communicating with families, students, colleagues and external partners.
Can organise, prioritise and follow up on administrative processes and deadlines.
Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion in a school environment.
Can work closely and flexibly with the Headteacher and contribute constructively to the daily operation and development of the school.
Previous experience from a school, friskole or similar educational organisation is an advantage, but not a requirement if the candidate has relevant knowledge, experience and competencies.
The working day starts at 7:30.
