CONCRETE WORKER – BORNEM – FULLTIME DAILY HOURS

What does a working day look like as a Concrete Worker? You start at 6 a.m. and finish at 2:30 p.m., together with your team. As a Concrete Worker, your tasks are varied and concrete:
- You help produce precast concrete elements.
- You burn off cables following clear instructions.
- You occasionally operate the overhead crane.
- You carry out pressure tests to check quality.
- You support colleagues where needed and keep your workplace tidy.
As a Concrete Worker, you work closely with fellow workers and a team supervisor. Teamwork is key, and you can always rely on guidance on the floor.
What do we expect from you as a Concrete Worker?
Must-haves
- You can work in a fixed schedule from 6:00 to 14:30.
- You have a good knowledge of English or Dutch to follow instructions.
- You are willing to step in where needed and learn different tasks.
- You can work both independently and in a team.
- You work safely and in an orderly way.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with concrete or an overhead crane is a plus for a Concrete Worker, but not required.
About the role: As a Telephone Roadside Assistance Agent, you are the first point of contact for drivers who experience a breakdown while on the road. You remain calm, ask the right questions, and make sure every driver receives the support they need. You coordinate interventions with partner services and keep the driver informed throughout the process. - Assess the situation by asking targeted questions and gathering essential information.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak clearly, empathetically, and professionally over the phone.
- Stress resilience and the ability to maintain oversight in busy situations.
- Willingness to work in a shift system: early, late, day, night and weekend work.
- Experience in dispatching, customer service, or roadside assistance is an asset.

As an Administrative & Warehouse Associate your tasks are split between administrative work and operational warehouse activities:
- You process inventory receipts, verify documentation, maintain logbooks, and complete all necessary forms with accuracy.
- You use SAP to handle transactions related to inbound, picking, and outbound flows.
- You receive and inspect biological products in a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring all GMP/GDP procedures are followed.
- You safely handle materials stored at very low temperatures and ensure correct storage and monitoring.
- You collaborate with Operations and Quality to support Production and Laboratory activities.
- You have relevant experience in logistics and/or warehouse work, preferably.

For our client, a global leader in roll-on/roll-off cargo handling and storage, we are looking for a motivated Pre-Delivery Inspection Operator.
As a Pre-Delivery Inspection Operator, you ensure that every vehicle leaves the premises in top condition. You carry out inspections, prepare vehicles for delivery and make sure any defects or damage are identified and reported correctly.
Preparation and inspection
You drive the vehicles through the car wash.
You check that all functions are working properly, including the radio and battery.
You inspect the tires.
You carry out a thorough inspection to identify any damage.
You mark any detected damage for the repair department.
Finishing and preparing for delivery
You check and confirm the license plates.
You equip the vehicles with a fire extinguisher, warning triangle and manuals.
You vacuum and clean the vehicle interiors.
Other tasks
You move vehicles to the correct zones on the premises.
You report defects or deviations to the responsible person in a timely manner.
You upload software updates.
What we expect from you
You speak Dutch and/or English well enough to communicate fluently with your colleagues.
You have a valid driving license and can drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
You have the technical insight needed to identify and assess damage.
