Wie ben jij?

• Je beschikt een eerste werkervaring als planner, bij voorkeur van techniekers op de baan.

FUNCTIE

Een leuke, afwisselende functie waarin je deel uitmaakt van een enthousiast team en waar je de spilfiguur bent tussen onze servicetechniekers en onze klanten.

• Je coördineert niet alleen de planning, je bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor servicetechniekers

• Je staat klanten telefonisch te woord en plant de opdrachten in. Je schat in naargelang de behoefte van de klant, welke servicetechnieker je best naar welke klant stuurt

• Je volgt de servicetechniekers op bij de uitvoering van de planning

• Je behoudt het overzicht en maakt daarbij gebruik van een planningstool en ERP Software (Business Central).

• Je stuurt de planning bij waar nodig (onvoorziene wendingen, panne, ziekte, ...)

• Naast de planning, sta je ook in voor de verdere follow-up en coördinatie van het werkproces. Je volgt het geleverde werk (en werkbonnen) op tot het werk volledig afgerond is.

Deze prachtige locatie biedt ruimte aan een breed scala aan activiteiten en werd enkele jaren geleden opgericht door een ondernemer met een sterke passie voor hospitality.

De site beschikt over verschillende zalen die geschikt zijn voor zowel zakelijke als privé-evenementen. Het restaurant zelf telt ongeveer 50 couverts en richt zich op een hoog gastronomisch niveau. Daarnaast is er een wijndomein verbonden aan het concept, waar eigen wijnen worden geproduceerd en regelmatig degustaties worden georganiseerd.

De keuken staat voor kwaliteit en verfijning, met de ambitie om sterke quoteringen in culinaire gidsen te behalen. De zaak draait uitstekend en heeft een vast en trouw cliënteel, maar wil zich verder versterken op de markt. Ter aanvulling van het team zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Sommelier.

Het restaurant is geopend op woensdagavond, donderdag en vrijdag voor lunch en diner, en op zaterdagavond. Er wordt gewerkt in een vierdaagse werkweek, met af en toe een uitzondering bij evenementen.

Als sommelier ben je verantwoordelijk voor alles wat met wijnen en andere dranken in het restaurant te maken heeft.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Beheren van het volledige wijn- en drankenaanbod in het restaurant.

• Opstellen en onderhouden van een uitgebreide wijnkaart, afgestemd op de seizoenen en de menukaart (wisselend om de 4 à 6 weken).

• Adviseren van gasten bij hun wijnkeuze en zorgen voor een optimale wijnbeleving.

• Actieve deelname aan de zaalservice, met focus op de wijnservice en de juiste verzorging van de glazen op tafel.

• Verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen van bestellingen en onderhouden van contacten met drankenleveranciers.

• Toezien op de correcte opslag en het onderhoud van wijnen in zowel de klimaatkast als de wijnkelder.

About the role...

As an Support Engineer, you’re the first point of contact for colleagues who need help with their laptop, account, software, or connection issues. You handle 1st and 2nd line support tickets on a daily basis, making sure problems are solved quickly and properly. Keeping an eye on our SLA’s is key, you make sure no ticket slips past its deadline. But you will also work on small and big project within our organization.

Jobomschrijving

As an IT & Maintenance Technician at Alterface, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and long-term reliability of our interactive attractions around the world. You will be the link between our technology and our customers — providing technical support, maintaining systems, and keeping the magic of our experiences alive. • Knowledge of basic and complex troubleshooting for PC\MAC, Network printing devices, and Local printing devices.
• Good understanding of electrical, electronic, Audio/Video and IT
• Strong written and oral communication; interpersonal and listening skills to communicate with customers, and management alike; the ability to build relationships.
• Exceptional analytical and problem resolutions skills to include root cause analysis and corrective action
• Fluent in French and English
• Available to travel on site

Specific working conditions:

• Some maintenance may have to be done outside of the office hours because of the time difference with the customers, travels on site will be required up to there months per year (not consecutive)
• Reports daily to the Maintenance Manager and collaborates closely with the Technical team (Hardware and especially the technicians and on maintenance duty)

• You have 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics projects.
• You have a very good level of Dutch.
• You are familiar with the Azure stack (Data Factory, Synapse, Storage, Purview, Functions) and/or Databricks.
